My clients present with a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, mood changes and depression. I provide a compassionate and affirming space for individuals to truly connect to themselves. Together we will challenge the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that keep you from moving forward to help you find your best version of you. Self-knowledge allows us to truly practice a life of self-care and self-respect, build healthy relationships.
